On April 22nd, the 21st 2023 Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Industry Technology and Equipment Exhibition opened at the Xiaohexia International Convention and Exhibition Center in Taiyuan, Shanxi. The Superhard Composite Materials Division of Henan Huanghe Whirlwind Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the exhibition.
The theme of this exhibition is "Intelligent, Efficient, Green, and Low-Carbon". A total of 1,026 companies participated in the exhibition, showcasing technologies, equipment, and processes related to digital and intelligent mining in domestic and international coal mines, green mining, clean and efficient utilization, ecological protection in mining areas, energy conservation and emission reduction in the energy industry, power environmental protection, and coal bed methane development and utilization.
Huanghe Whirlwind's booth is located at N326, showcasing products such as polycrystalline diamond composite cutters, laser cladding polycrystalline diamond impregnated drill bits, high-performance polycrystalline diamond composite sheets, composite ball teeth, laser cladding reinforced cutters, column teeth reinforced cutters, reinforced ring cutters, and related supporting products. The series of products exhibited are mainly used for coal mining and tunneling machinery, and are the main tools for coal cutting and crushing.
Compared with traditional hard alloy cutters, the polycrystalline diamond composite cutters independently developed and produced by Huanghe Whirlwind have the following advantages: significantly improved wear resistance, with a wear resistance increase of more than 8 times; less likely to produce sparks during operation, providing better safety guarantees for underground operations; solving the bottleneck problems of difficult construction and high consumption in high-grinding strata and hard rock strata; replacing traditional mining methods such as blasting, realizing green mining and low-carbon operation; and providing strong support for 5G intelligent and automated operations with its superior performance.
At the exhibition site, domestic and foreign customers showed strong interest in the various products exhibited by Huanghe Whirlwind, and the booth was crowded with visitors.
