On the morning of January 4th, Huanghe Whirlwind Co., Ltd.'s "5G+ Smart Factory" project in Henan held a groundbreaking ceremony at the Yellow River Industrial Park as part of the third phase of the "Three Ones" project in the province.
On the first working day of 2022, the third phase of the "Three Ones" project construction activity was held in the province, implementing the spirit of the 11th Second Plenary Session of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Economic Work Conference. Starting the year with project construction, it aims to promote the opening of the economic work and a prosperous year. The Huanghe Whirlwind "5G+ Smart Factory" project, which started construction at the main venue in Changge City, is a landmark project to promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry in Changge City and has an important leading role.
Pang Wenlong, the Chairman of Huanghe Whirlwind, stated that the company's first "5G+ Smart Factory" project for the super-hard material industry, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, will renovate more than 25,000 square meters of existing workshops, with a construction period from January 2022 to May 2023.
The project will be implemented in two phases: the first phase will establish an industrial internet platform for big data collection and monitoring systems, big data analysis, machine learning algorithm models, and will all be embedded in a 5G intelligent network to form a 5G+ artificial intelligence production model. It can achieve intelligent monitoring of the existing diamond press and environmental data collection and analysis, and is expected to increase the diamond synthesis yield rate by more than 80%, which is greatly superior to the average level of manual synthesis. The second phase will integrate ERP, MES, big data+AI intelligent analysis, 5G+MEC+UPF hybrid cloud mode, and provide customers with personalized customization, inspection, and testing services, accelerating the company's transformation from a single product manufacturer to a system service provider.
In her speech, Zhang Xiaoli, the Mayor of Changge City, said that in accordance with the work requirements of "development as the priority, projects as the king, hard work, and striving for excellence," all functional departments should take the initiative to serve and implement project construction lifecycle service management and tracking effectiveness, strengthen project element service guarantees.
